Our tulip fields are located on our 750-acre working farm, which lies just 1 mile of J13 of the M6 near Penkridge – between Stafford and Wolverhampton. This makes it easy to reach from Birmingham. Wolverhampton, Stoke-on-Trent, Cannock, Rugeley, Telford, across Staffordshire and the West Midlands!

We’re planting over 250,000 tulip bulbs – they are likely to flower at different times so there will be a beautiful display of blooms throughout the opening dates.

Yes, the Tulip Festival will have its own, exclusive Blossom & Bloom Tearoom, which will serve a delicious selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks, light lunches and cakes – why not treat yourself and order a traditional afternoon tea?

Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome at Tulip Festival (please note dogs are not allowed in our PLAY@ family farm attraction)

No – tulip bulbs and flowers can be toxic to dogs if eaten, with bulbs being the most harmful part of the plant. We kindly ask all visitors bringing dogs to keep them on a lead, supervise them closely and discourage them from chewing or eating any flowers, leaves or bulbs during their visit.

If you think your dog has eaten part of a tulip and seems unwell, please seek veterinary advice as soon as possible.

We recommend wearing sensible footwear suitable for outdoor conditions.

While there are stone pathways throughout the tulip field, the event takes place on a working farm field, so some areas may be uneven or soft underfoot — especially after wet weather.

Comfortable, practical shoes will help you make the most of your visit.

Yes — we do our very best to welcome everyone to enjoy the tulips. The tulip field has stone pathways running through the field, and the ground is relatively flat, although there are some natural undulations typical of a working farm field.

The tulips are planted in a working farm field with stone pathways to help visitors move around the site. Between the tulip beds there are grass walkways, which naturally become firmer and drier as spring progresses.

We recommend planning your visit for a dry day where possible to make moving around easier.

The car park is immediately next to the Tulip Festival café, and from there it is approximately 40 metres to the entrance of the tulip field.

Once inside, the tulip field itself stretches around 200 metres across, with plenty of space to explore and enjoy the blooms.

Yes. Our car park is surfaced with stone and located directly next to the Tulip Festival café, meaning visitors have very short walking distances to key facilities.

Yes. The Blossom & Bloom Tulip Café has an indoor seating area with a concrete floor and an accessible disabled toilet available for visitors.

The café is conveniently located right next to the car park.

Yes — visitors can take a break at the Blossom & Bloom Tulip Café, where you can enjoy drinks, cakes, light lunches and cream teas while surrounded by beautiful spring views.

We recommend booking open-dated tickets so you can choose to visit on a dry day, when pathways and grass areas are at their firmest.

As spring progresses, the grass walkways between the tulips also tend to dry out, making exploring even easier.
