Yes, all tickets are the same price and include a pumpkin. If you don’t fancy carving it why not take it home and whip up a tasty soup or pumpkin pie? Our pumpkins are great for eating!
Your ticket gives you a pumpkin each to take home. You can also purchase additional pumpkins on the day.
No, sorry, no dogs on our pumpkin patch or carving area.
Yes we have a dedicated indoor barn offering space to wash and carve your pumpkins on site – no mess at home!
No you can not. We are a non-smoking site and this extends to our pumpkin fields and carving tents.
Visitors can opt to hop on a free trailer ride to the pumpkin patch to pick their pumpkins or choose to pick one from our pre-picked selection in our undercover pumpkin village.
Trailers are weather permitting.
Basic facilities are available. There will be portable toilets situated near the carving tent and lots of hand gel for sanitising.
Our pop up pumpkin cafe has hot food available including pumpkin soup, made from our pumpkins.
Also snacks, soft drinks, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
This is an outdoor event based in a field – so we strongly suggest wellies or sturdy footwear and that you dress for the weather – including layers and waterproofs.
No. PYO Pumpkins is a standalone event – however, you can purchase tickets to visit PLAY@ Lower Drayton Farm, with its indoor and outdoor play areas, farm trailer ride (weather dependent), friendly animals, maize trail and more separately.
With the PYO Pumpkin Patch being based in a field with grass parking, access may be limited for wheelchairs and pushchairs. With young children we’d recommend bringing a baby sling or reins rather than the buggy (to avoid getting stuck). We will always do our best to accommodate all visitors with additional needs and will be situating some pumpkins in an area that is easy to access for them to ‘pick their own’. Disabled visitors and their carers can then carve their pumpkins together in the carving tent – however please bear in mind that excessive rain may make the site muddy and difficult to access.
We have been included as one of Twinkl’s Top Pumpkin Patch Picks for the spooky season.
