Pitch up & PLAY is BACK for Summer 2023!
We had some very happy campers last year at the farm, so we’re delighted to announce that you can once again pack your tent & camping gear and join us for a staycation with a difference.
You’ll get your own spacious grass pitch on which to put up your tent for up to 6 people (this isn’t glamping, it’s a good, old-fashioned family camping experience in the countryside)
If you’re one of our lovely PLAY members, you can camp for FREE (then make the most of your FREE entry to PLAY@ while you stay, too)!

Stay – and PLAY!
With 2km of indoor play space featuring 6-metre high racing astro slides, gravity drop slides, Ninija Llama run, vertigo-inducing skywalk – and more – there’s loads to keep even the most energetic entertained. The littlest family members, meanwhile, can play safely in Piglets’ Playpen for under 2s, and adventurous under 5s have their very own 3-storey playframe and role play area to inspire young imaginations.
When you’re done exploring the indoor space, you can head outdoors for even more fun – discovering the racing zipwires, grass toboggan raceway, bouncy pillows, sand & water play, Farm-u-la-One go-karts and Treetop Towers climbing frame. You can also hop on board the farm trailer ride for fun – yet informative – tour of our 750 acre beef and arable farm to learn all about what’s happening at the time of your visit, and you’ll also find lots of friendly animals to meet – from pigs, cattle and sheep in our large animal zone to bunnies, Guinea Pigs and our resident meerkats in the small animal area.
When you’ve worked up an appetite, why not treat the family to a home cooked lunch from our Honeypots Café menu – which includes our legendary grass fed, farm bred and raised Aberdeen Angus beef burgers.
All this just a short stroll down the lane from your tent – so when you’re all played out there’s not far to travel ‘home’.

If you feel you need a break from the rollercoaster of PLAY@ fun, there’s plenty to explore in the local area – Cannock Chase’s 26 miles of AONB designated heathland is a mecca for wildlife lovers, walkers and mountain bikers alike while, if you enjoy a dose of history, there are several historic houses within striking distance – including the National Trust’s Shugborough Hall and English Heritage’s Boscobel House.
