New for Pumpkins 🎃 2026 - you can pick your pumpkins from our hedges!! It’s taken us 10 years to perfect this and the new Next Generation, 4 year old farm manager, has taught us how to do it!!! It takes the back breaking work out of pumpkin picking, by not having to bend down to harvest your favourite, Lower Drayton Farm, pumpkin 🎃 this year! (We wish we had planned this, but in this crazy year of weather, our pumpkins have survived by trailing up our hedges)! Joining us for our Harvest Hoedown event? You’ll be hopping on board the farm trailer ride 🚜 to head out into the fields to pick farm fresh veg - so make sure you dress for the weather! Wellies and / or sturdy shoes with other shoes to change into for the playbarn are essential, plus a waterproof layer if rain is forecast - and don’t forget your bag for life to take your veggie haul home in! It’s never difficult to spot the cade lambs in the flock! Peach, Blueberry and Gooseberry were Cade lambs (meaning they were hand reared by being bottle fed) which is why they are so friendly and always come over for a good scratch or snack🫣 More lambs due in the New Year - just in time for our February half term ‘Lambs & Ewe’ event! 🐑 #westmidlands #daysoutwithkids #familydaysoutuk #daysoutwiththefamily
